I was walking through the halls of the hospital and a story idea came to mind. Immediately the first sentences started forming in my head. As I continued to walk I thought to myself that this is what must be meant by always have a pad and paper handy. Since I was on a mission and didn’t have time to stop and write anything down, I wondered if I’d remember anything by the time I got somewhere to write it down.
Luckily, I didn’t forget. And as I started to type, more things started to come to me. Just within the first page, the direction had changed.
Why am I so excited you might ask? It’s because this is the first time this has happened to me. I’m EXCITED!! Now I know how my dear friend and author, Lea Mishell feels.
So now I have to try and manage writing (which is what I want to do), doing my actual full time job and studying and doing homework for my Java programming class. But, where there is a will, there is a way.
Much love,
Nyrobi
I got the sane feeling a couple of months ago, best feeling in the world. As long as you feed it, it will stay with you.
Thanks for the encouragement and I hope it does.
I love when inspiration strikes! It is really awesome! I’ve really been enjoying your blog so I’m going to re-blog you maybe it’ll get you even more attention! 🙂 Thanks for sharing with us!

Hey guys! I just felt the need to re-blog another blog here. This blogger is a writer, like me, and I find this blog very inspiring some days and down to earth on others. This particular post is just a quick one, perfect for a sample of what you can find on this blog, but I really enjoyed it. It’s about the lightning strike of inspiration that all of us artists (writers, painters, photographers, etc.) know and have come to love and cherish – most of the time. Anyways, I’ve really been enjoying this blog for some time now and you should all at least check it out! Thanks guys!
Till Next,
-Will
Writing is the best job in the world because you do create people and can actually change the world! I wish you the best in your pursuit for literary excellence!!
Thank you Seyi!
But that’s just it, Nyrobi…wherever you are, jot it the moment it comes to you – that’s how stories come to me. I too thought that I would never have time to write as busy as my schedule is but I jot as it comes to me.
CONGRATS on that experience.
